The Technology and Innovation Group of the European Physical Society will organize the first Maker Event for Science, Technology and Interfaces at CERN on October 6-8, 2019. The event is addressed to Master and Ph.D. students in physics and engineering. The 30 selected students will have the opportunity to work on interfacing employing modern, compact devices which are affordable also for a standard laboratory. During the three days, the participants will develop their hardware and software skills as well as their teamwork abilities. The deadline for applications is September 4.
