Idham Hafizh, PhD student at the Politecnico di Milano, Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria, has been awarded with the first edition of the Prof. Emilio Gatti Best Master Thesis Award from the Istituto Lombardo Accademia di Scienze e Lettere. The award ceremony has taken place during the inauguration of the 216st Academic Year of the Istituto Lombardo held the 21st of February 2019 at the Salone Napoleonico, Palazzo Brera, Milano. The thesis has been carried out in the framework of the ARDESIA experiment of Commission V of INFN.
