Filippo Schembari, PhD at the Politecnico di Milano and associated at the INFN-Milano, has been awarded the 2018 IEEE Emilio Gatti and Franco Manfredi Best Ph.D. Thesis Award in Radiation Instrumentation. The award ceremony has taken place the 21st of December 2018 at the Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale e dell'Informazione of the University of Pavia.
